What is io.net?
io.net is a decentralized cloud provider that manages on-demand GPU clusters sourced from data centers distributed across various locations. The network offers access to thousands of GPUs, targeting use cases that require low latency and high performance, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning operations, and cloud gaming.
The platform recently introduced IO Intelligence, a free inference platform designed for AI developers. This service provides access to up to 30 open-source models, including Llama and DeepSeek, and includes tools for building agents, such as agentic infrastructure and retrieval-augmented generation as a service.
