This can lead to up to 4000x higher capital efficiency compared to V2, especially for stablecoin pairs, enabling providers to earn more fees with the same amount of capital. Traders benefit from four fee tiers (0.01%, 0.05%, 0.25%, and 1%) instead of a fixed 0.25% fee, catering to different volatility levels and reducing slippage. The smart router optimizes trade routes across V3, V2, and StableSwap pools.
