What is a tokenized stock?
PGX is a crypto token whose price tracks The Procter & Gamble Company (PG) shares. It is not the share itself. How it is structured depends on the issuer — some tokens are backed one-for-one by real shares held in custody, others are synthetic and simply follow the price. Check the issuing exchange's terms before trading.
Holding a tokenized stock does not usually grant shareholder rights — no voting, and dividends are handled differently or not at all. You are exposed to the issuer and the exchange as well as to the share price.
Information only, not investment advice. Tokenized equities carry issuer and counterparty risk, and availability is restricted in many jurisdictions.

Pegaxy (PGX) is a blockchain-based, free-to-play game centered on mech-horse racing, offering a play-to-earn metaverse where players can generate real-world value through gameplay. It operates with two tokens: PGX (Pegaxy Stone), a governance token for platform decisions and staking rewards, and VIS (Vigorus), a utility currency for in-game transactions. Players race mythical creatures called Pega in PvP competitions, with the top three finishers earning VIS tokens. Pega can be bought, rented, sold, or bred. The desktop beta launched on November 15, 2021, with mobile beta planned for late 2021 and full iOS/Android release targeted for Q2 2022. The PGX IDO occurred on November 5, 2021.
Ken Pham serves as CEO and co-founder of Pegaxy, holding a master's degree in International Business and possessing extensive experience in business consulting and blockchain. Steve Nguyen, CTO and co-founder, is a professional engineer with a background in gaming platforms and mobile apps, currently also serving as CTO of Appota Group, a Vietnamese digital entertainment technology company. Corey Wilton, CMO and co-founder, oversees marketing strategy and execution, bringing practical knowledge in digital marketing, blockchain, and gaming.
Pegaxy aims to make play-to-earn gaming more accessible by offering free entry to all races and a rental system for Pega with profit-sharing, allowing newcomers to join without initial investment. The rental system is trustless and automated, using escrow accounts to hold and distribute assets based on predetermined conditions, ensuring transparency and security in NFT renting. Although initially 2D, the game plans to transition to 3D graphics after testing, especially on low-end Android devices. It also intends to shift from auto-racing to skill-based gameplay and gradually decentralize, giving PGX holders more control over time.
The total supply of PGX is capped at 1 billion tokens. Allocation includes: 16% for community developer incentives, 30% for ecosystem reserve and marketing, 22% held by the team, 10% for liquidity provisions, 10% from the first private sale, 10% from the second private sale, and 2% for IDO/IEO.
PGX is an ERC-20 token built on the Polygon/Matic network, a layer 2 solution on Ethereum. This provides lower gas fees and improved scalability for transactions.
Pegaxy conducted a private sale in October 2021, raising $2.5 million from investors like Crypto.com Capital, Kyber Ventures, and Shima Capital. The IDO took place on November 5, 2021.
As of December 2021, PGX trades around $0.25, up from its ICO price of $0.02, peaking at $0.9051 after the beta release in mid-November. Given the project's growth and investor interest, and upcoming developments like 3D gameplay and skill-based controls, there is potential for the token's value to increase further.
PGX can be purchased on KyberDMM (Polygon) and QuickSwap, paired with USDT.

Players enter mythological creatures called Pega into player-versus-player races, with the top three finishers out of twelve participants receiving VIS tokens. Pega can be bought, rented, sold, and bred on the platform.
